When can I expect my product?
If you place your order before 10 PM in the Netherlands or Belgium, it will be delivered the next day. Orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium have different delivery times, depending on the delivery address. You will receive a track & trace code by email so you can follow your order.
How can I return a product?
As a buyer, you have the right to return or exchange your order in whole or in part. This can be done within the specified period of 14 days after receiving the order. Please contact us for this. return form Using our own website. After receiving and approving your return, we will process your refund or send you other products. You can expect your refund within 10 days.
Important!
Please return items in their original packaging. Breast pumps, breast pump parts, teats, and items used on bare skin are exempt from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons, unless the packaging is unopened. Items must not be worn, washed, or otherwise visibly used or modified. These products will only be accepted for return if there is a clear defect in the product that is not attributable to the user.

Costs and risk
Return shipping costs are partially covered by the buyer. Return shipping costs for packages ordered in the Netherlands are €2.95 per package and €3.95 per package within Belgium. As the sender, you are responsible for the returned package. You have the option (for an additional fee) to insure the package.
The suction of my breast pump has decreased, what now?
If the suction of your breast pump has decreased, this could be due to several things, namely:
1. You haven't used the correct size breast shield or breast shield reducer. Using a size that's too large or too small will reduce suction and prevent the pump from properly attaching to your nipple and breast. This blog post explains how to determine your nipple size.
2. The valve (the pointed object in the cup through which the milk drips) is defective. We always include a spare valve in the package. Swap your current valve with the spare to see if the suction is restored.
3. The pump isn't fitted tightly enough against your breast. Make sure it fits snugly against your breast and is securely fastened behind a maternity or nursing bra .
4. You haven't set the pump to the correct position. You can increase the suction power with the + button on the top of the pump or in your My Youha app, and decrease it with the - button. This allows you to regulate the suction power.
5. The motor has failed, for example, due to a fall, impact, or moisture damage. Place the motor on your hand. If it still sucks into the palm of your hand properly, the problem could be related to points 1 through 4. If the suction is no longer working properly, you can contact our helpdesk at info@youha.nl or send a chat via our WhatsApp helpdesk .
Do I have a warranty on my Youha product?
All engine parts come with a two-year manufacturer's warranty; all other parts (e.g., silicone valves or diaphragms) do not have a manufacturer's warranty.
